Our Gardens serve as a hands-on, living classroom that nurtures and educates students of all ages and skill levels. Make learning come alive for your students at Longwood Gardens by engaging them in cross-curricular lessons. Each year more than 15,000 students ranging from kndergarten to high school witness nature at work in our natural habitats, observe our horticulturalists' creativity, and discover connections between living systems in the Gardens.

Longwood Gardens covers many acres. Walking or using a wheelchair or electric scooter are the primary ways in which to experience it. There are no shuttles within the Gardens.
