Gee Asphalt serves the school system by providing superior pavement preservation utilizing GSB-88 Sealer Binder & Rejuvenator, proven to double the life of our asphalt pavement infrastructure at a fraction of the replacement costs we currently incur for premature replacement.
In addition, GSB-88 has been awarded the first and only Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for any pavement preservation product. This EPA life cycle study conducted using Internationally adopted standards showed that GSB-88 not only reduces the carbon footprint on our planet in a significant manner but also effectively eliminates the toxic PAH's inherent in nearly all other seal coatings currently utilized for school playgrounds and parking lot surfaces.
Many coatings have been proven to release toxic hydrocarbons into soils, water, and now evidence shows these toxins are being transported into schools on shoes, and onto playground aparatus where childer play and spend a major portion of their school day.
