• Adobe Connect is the Web conference tool that Jeffco's 21st Century Virtual Academy uses to deliver engaging live "classroom" sessions to our students. Its interactive white board, instant messaging feature, desktop and application sharing, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) makes it a great tool to help teachers and students connect.

Philosophy/Belief Statement:
The school district decided to begin offering online education because we know that today’s students have a variety of educational needs. Not all students can attend a traditional school, and not all students enjoy learning in a physical classroom. In response, we have created a robust, supportive online educational program that is convenient and flexible.
School History:
Jeffco’s 21st Century Virtual Academy opened in 2008 with 100 students. For the 2012/2013 school year, we have almost 700 full and part-time students.
