I support and service children, teens, adolescents, parents, and families. My main area of focus is with Anxiety Disorders including Separation Anxiety, Selective Mutism, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, as well as ADHD and Tourette Syndrome and treating Tics. I am also an expert in the areas of special education, gifted education, and 504 plans which enables me to further help my clients and families navigate the special education system. I am highly trained and specialized in assessment of disabilities under IDEA as well as well versed in gifted evaluations.

My therapeutic approach is founded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however I also incorporate aspects from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Bandura's Social Learning theory, Bronfrenbrenner's Ecological Systems, components from play therapy, and mindfulness, depending on my client's unique needs. I understand that it takes a strong support system for best results and I offer the psychological and educational expertise and support to your team. As a mother, educator, and psychologist, I am a firm believer in evaluating and treating the whole child which encompasses cooperation from the educational environment as well as the family and the student. I sincerely enjoy working with families, other professionals including medical doctors, psychiatrists, teachers, and students themselves to best understand the entire picture related to the areas of concern.
