The Lower School campus serves pre-nursery through grade 6 in a beautiful agricultural region of Bridgehampton. It includes gardens, play areas, trails, and a farm. Separate building spaces for grade levels are customized with age-appropriate furnishings. All the buildings on the campus are connected by walkways and surrounded by grass and trees.

Nestled in oak woodlands on the East End of Long Island, the Upper School campus featured intentionally designed buildings, fine art and reproductions, and artifacts from all over the world, as well as advanced technology campuswide, a state-of-the-art treetop dining area, and incomparably beautiful and versatile performing arts, science, visual arts, media, and sports facilities spread across a sprawling campus in East Hampton, New York.

Based on over two decades of educational research and practical implementation, Ross Learning System offers curriculum across eight integrated disciplines: Cultural History, World Languages and Literature, Science, Mathematics, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Media Studies and Technology, and Wellness. Within these courses, more than 500 interdisciplinary and discipline-specific units are available for students from early childhood to postgraduate level. Each unit provides learning experiences, assessments, integrated projects, and all student and teacher resources necessary to teach the Ross Spiral Curriculum. The Ross Learning System is fully aligned to national and international standards and will provide benchmark and end-of-year exams to track student growth and progress against external and internal measures.
