Treatment Philosophy: I believe in an integrative approach to mental health, looking at the underlying issues of biochemistry of the individual as well as the psychological and environmental issues that may be contributing to the problems of anxiety, depression, eating disorders and mood disorders. I work with an integrative physician and a registered dietitian to address the whole person. My therapy dog, Greta, is a part of our sessions.
