The Ultimate Health and Fitness Challenge is a Highly Interactive Show designed to teach about the importance of Movement, Eating Well, Self Esteem, Team Work and and Personal Drive.
Mission Statement:
I will passionately promote greater Health and Fitness awareness through Motivation, Eduction and Entertainment for all ages.

Our bodies are designed to move and keep moving.Today's conveniences and modern technology can inhibit activity levels of our youth. It is our responsibility to eat well, exercise and take care of our bodies. If we do so, our bodies will take care of us. We will live longer and achieve a higher quality of life.

The Ultimate Health and Fitness Team Challenge is the High Energy, 100% Audience Participation Show that reminds kids that being healthy is fun and important! It's a Great way for kids to learn about Health, Fitness, Exercise and making good Choices.
In this Show, the audience is divided into 2-3 teams. Teams then compete head to head in a high Energy round of Health and Nutrition trivia where everyone participates! With so much Fun and excitement, the kids don't even realize they are learning! Many of the questions emphasize concepts in Michelle Obamas Heath Care Initiatives.
Teams then compete in a variety of Team Challenges involving Core Strength, Agility, Endurance, Stability, Body awareness and so much more. As one of the Nation's Top Simon Says Callers, I make Simon Says a staple of the Challenge. All activities have a high degree of success so the students are challenged through competition while promoting Self Esteem.
Pearls of Fitness and Nutrition wisdom are peppered throughout the show allowing kids to absorb healthy information leading to making better choices.
So much fun, kids leave wanting more!
