A 600 Hour Diploma in Personal Training with 100 Hours of Nutrition consultation for the healthy population. 218 Hours of client hands on practical in a private fitness center.
School Setting:
Both of our Orlando and Tampa locations are conveniently located to all major highways and are taught in private classroom settings. We student resource lounges and functional fitness rooms available to train in. Orlando has a residential housing program for all Out of state and International students. Extended Stay location just minutes from campus.
School Schedule: 5-7 hours based on schedule.
School Holidays: Memorial day,Labor day,4th of July,Thanksgiving,christmass break,and New Years day.

Education in the Personal Training industry should be mandatory. As well as a practical hands on component. This will guarantee client satisfaction and prevent future industries from training improperly. We train our graduates for Full Time Personal Training careers.
