School History:

Steeped in a rich history, Wilbraham & Monson Academy is the culmination of Monson Academy and Wesleyan Academy. Established in 1804, Monson Academy became the first school to enroll international students in 1850. Wesleyan Academy, founded in 1817 in New Market, New Hampshire, moved to Wilbraham in 1825, and came Wilbraham Academy in 1912. The two institutions merged in 1971.
